During the limitation period, legal heirs can object to asset transfer

The limitation period is three years from the date the legal heirs become aware of an asset’s transfer.In the event that they (or any one of them) were minors at the time of execution of the sale deed, the limitation period will be calculated from the day they attain the age of majority or 18 years
